I had thought I had made a good start to the year by carrying out a few runs over Xmas and the New Year, but then the change in the weather took the wind out of my sails.  Well, today's weather looks inviting, inviting me to get back out there.

I shall attempt to run 5-6 miles today.  Hopefully, it will not prove too difficult for me.  I can't say I look forward to the first few runs after a break of sorts.  Still, I really do want to become pretty fit this year so I shall be making the effort come what may.
