No sex drive and not enough energy. Ok, I am 66 years of age which might account for it and I have been training too hard more than likely. My diet is pretty good but it is lacking meat for most of the time. I have been somewhat lacking energy during my runs too come to think of it. I have probably overdone it. Anyway, I think I will try and boost my testosterone levels (and all other important levels) by finding and taking a suitable supplement. No doubt it will be quite an expense. Time to do some research on the matter.
